Sirius Vibe Studio is a registered business name of an independent Australian software publisher. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, deletion requests, or concerns about how information has been handled, email [email protected]. Seller disclosures will be finalised before purchases open.
Browsing the website
The site does not require an account. We do not add advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, remote fonts, social embeds, or a newsletter signup. Search and catalogue filters run in your browser; filter text is not sent to a search service. Filter choices appear in the URL, so avoid entering private information into catalogue search.
The site uses Cloudflare Pages hosting. Cloudflare may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, and connection or security information to deliver and protect the site. We do not set our own tracking cookies. Hosting and security services may use technical storage or cookies where needed for their operation.
When you email us
We receive your email address, the message, and any information you choose to include. We use this to answer the request, investigate problems, and handle order or refund questions. Support uses Gmail, provided by Google. Please send only what is needed; do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, private video files, or sensitive customer records.
Retention: routine support messages are kept for up to 12 months after the issue is closed, unless needed for an unresolved matter, an order record, fraud prevention, a dispute, or a legal obligation. Deletion requests will be considered subject to those needs. Provider backups and records may follow the provider’s own retention processes.
Purchases and delivery
Purchases are currently closed. Lemon Squeezy is the planned hosted checkout and digital-delivery provider. If sales open through that provider, it will collect the information needed for the order and payment and provide order details to the publisher for fulfilment, support, refunds, and record keeping. The static studio site does not collect or store your payment-card details.
Order, tax and dispute records may need to be kept longer than routine support emails. The final checkout will identify the transaction provider and the relevant seller details before payment.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting; Google provides the studio email service; Lemon Squeezy provides planned checkout and digital delivery. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell support messages or use them for advertising.
Requests, concerns and changes
Contact the studio email to ask what information we hold about you or to request a correction or deletion. We may need proportionate information to check that the request relates to you; do not send identity documents unless a suitable process has been agreed. If you have a concern, explain what happened and the outcome you are seeking.
We will update this page when our handling practices change. Material changes to an app’s data handling will also be explained in its product or release information.
